Obsessive Ex's Cyberstalking Gets Man Fired, Arrested

A St. Augustine, Florida, man is at ease now that his scorned ex-lover is behind bars.

“I finally can breathe again,” Joe Good, 51, said in an exclusive interview with ABC News’ “20/20." “Now I don’t feel like every time I see a police car that, ‘Oh, they’re coming for me.’”

Good’s former girlfriend of three years, Tawny Blazejowksi, 41, of St. Augustine would stop at nothing to ruin his life after the two broke up. Her web of lies eventually turned Good’s life into a really bad nightmare.

She succeeded in getting him arrested three times and fired from his job at an insurance company, where he had worked for over 24 years. Blazejowski didn’t stop there. She targeted several others in Good’s life: colleagues, neighbors and even his new girlfriend’s landlord.

Apparently this was on 20/20 last night. A sampling.

• Less than an hour after the break-up, Crazy Ex hacked into Good's email and changed the password. She sent porno images of Good to his employer.
  
• Crazy Ex went to the police with a bloody face and claimed that Good had assaulted her. Good goes to jail.
• Crazy Ex calls Florida Abuse Hotline and says Good and his son are running child porno ring. Investigators don't believe Good's denials.
• Crazy Ex calls Crimestoppers with anonymous allegations against Good's former colleague, saying she delivered her kids to Good's child sex ring.
• Crazy Ex sends anonymous threats to the landlord of Good's new girlfriend, saying she will burn down his rental properties unless he kicks out Good's new girlfriend as tenant.
• Crazy Ex sends anonymous letter to Good's new girlfriend, saying that if girlfriend's daughter ever talks to Good she will look like . . . enclosing a photo of a mutilitated girl.
• Detectives discover anonymous reports to National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and Cybercrimes came from Crazy Ex's computer.
• Warrant issued. Police find seven detailed notebooks in which Crazy Ex kept hundreds of pages of detailed accounts of her stalking and harassing Good and those around him, detailing dates and times, places, people, and locations.
• Crazy Ex is arrested, tells judge she has OCD and is bipolar, begs forgiveness and asked that she not be taken away from her children.

Boom. Nine years in jail, two years' house arrest, nineteen years' probation.

Good, with three arrests on his record, is working as a landscaper and trying to clear his record.

Can you imagine being a local lawyer and reading this story? The various lawsuits against authorities and the former employer could be full time employment for a good year or three.

Wow. Looking at additional sources, it turns out she tried to ruin the lives of sixteen people around Good.

Former employer of 24 years. She got him fired from a place where he was employed for 24 years.

Seems obvious to me that this was just a sick sport. She never did want his love. She wanted to torture a hapless soul.

The officers and detectives who failed to do their due diligence before incarcerating this innocent guy should be ashamed of themselves, if not fired and sued for incompetence.

They dated for three years and treated their combined six children from previous marriages as their six children. Good had noticed that the fuse on her temper had become shorter.

She had arranged a vacation for them. When she became angry over the phone, she asked if she should cancel their vacation. Good was fed up and said yes.

She called back minutes later and asked if this was what he really wanted to do, because she already knew what steps to take to ruin his life. Good said canceling the vacation was what he wanted to do.

The rest is history.

A great example is the original “Psycho ex-girlfriend” answering machine messages. A whole bunch of .mp3 files from years ago. Lots of NSFW language, and it is definitely cringe-worthy.

These were so rough, that the page used to have a stock picture of a model on it, with eyes blacked out, and the model contacted the original website owner and ask that it be removed.
