Yes, his smoking and especially in a nursery is what I noticed first. He seems to need to smoke in every place he goes to “look at things”. I suspect he is terribly insecure and undisciplined (not that every person who smokes is this way). Perhaps it is a manifestation of his sense of entitlement and “god” (little “g” for sure) complex, even so, he comes across to me as weak.

Also, I find it interesting that there is now a female in the coterie of syncophants with note pads who accompany Kim to his “looking at things” outings. I’ve seen a female in pictures beginning with his return to public view.

I don't remember Kim Jong-il did such a thing while he was alive. Going to a nursury and walking around smoking. Jong-un acts like a two-bit mobster. I agree that he is insecure and undisciplined. Wondering how long he lasts if this contiunes. Smoking at a nursury does not inspire respect nor fear. It only brings contempt.
