One of THE major reasons for a healthcare system takeover is to implement Jarrett’s plan of punishing those that oppose them and rewarding those that support them.
Those white conservatives are signing up to PAY,
not to get treatment.

Ongoing retribution concern is well founded. Many in Obola’s community have an enormous chip on their shoulder and demonstrate they’d readily cut off their nose despite their face, ie: burning fellow black-owned businesses, for instance.
I once dated a Chicago based doc who was working a 30+ hour shift at a inner-city hospital. She and fellow staff ordered take out, and then went to the hospital cafeteria for plates, forks, etc.
Hospital worker took note of items taken, called hospital guard and police who then arrested and brought doc and nurse to local jail for theft charge. The doc offered to pay, and vehemently protested stating fact that she had crucial patient rounds to attend to and patient lives could be endangered by removing her from duty without back up. It didn’t seem to matter to hospital worker, guard and policeman who smirked as she and co-worker were lead out of hospital under arrest for crime of taking disposable eating utensils without paying for them. The incident forever colored her regard for that community.
Your incident - I assume that the doctor and the worker were not of equivalent melanin content?

No, the only rule will be a republican, a conservative....
They won’t run the discrimination openly in the name of “conservative” and “liberal.” They will do it in general classifications and use terminology of affirmative action, aka, discrimination against targeted groups. Non-urban whites get a racial quota of too much...like that. Wealthy people earning over 50k a year get too much of this while people earning under 50k a pear get too little of that...
They will run against targeted voting sub-groups which are tailored to hit conservatives or those who don’t vote democrat in the majority and to favor those groups that do vote democrat in the majority. Old white people are dead meat.
