Are the police trained for dealing with the disabled? At this guy's bulk, he's an obvious candidate to have respiratory issues. He's also likely to be slow moving. I don't understand bringing him down the way they did.
The other thing that disturbs me here is the police, in large numbers, being used to enforce an unjust tax which applies disproportionately to the underclass that can't go elsewhere to purchase cigarettes. How is this any different from the misuse of government force at the Bundy ranch, a protest against government takeover of land and against outrageous fees?

In NYC the cops AND the crooks are out to get the working man, not to mention an army of creeps from other agencies that will ticket you for anything and everything.

This is Obama’s last hope power grab attempt and he and his pals stirred up this racial based BS with their media pals, the communist party, muslims,and every enemy of this nation to get the stupid youth and college type whites involved too. The entire matter is IDIOTIC as everyone of these dead people RESISTED ARREST.
It’s control issues with cops. They’re taught and probably part of the psyche of people who want to be cops to control their environment and contact.
Yet not every situation requires control. Faced with passive aggressive behavior from a scofflaw violater doesn’t require choking.
The chief law enforcement officers of cities and towns are simply going to have to be political appointees for a while. That’ll break the thin blue line in cases like this — as they should be. But then that becomes a problem with somebody like the Ferguson cop who was totally prudent in his actions. He might have needed a little training in bedside manners but he was assaulted with the intent to take his firearm. You’re gunna get shot.
They are not looters, they are undocumented shoppers.

From the outset of the Zimmerman trial I have been posting in FR’s my conviction that the insertion of Obama into both the Florida ans Missouri trials was a calculated one. Divisive charges were contructed and used to build support within the black community and use blacks to divide that group from the rest of US and use their expected reaction (riots) as falling poll numbers and talk of impeachment began to build.
There are those who believe while Obama is disposed to that opinion and simply spoke “out of turn” using the earlier Patterson (?) beer meet as an example. I feel the POTUS learned his lesson and because of his position could and would get the facts before using the “Bully Pulpit” and make a calculated public utterance.
For example while I can’t categorically prove Obama knew of Zimmerman’s mixed race Peruvian black heritage. Or of the circumstaces (there was no exchange between them) prior to the sizeable black youth’s attack (known as coldcocking) and the struggle over Zimmerman’s pistol. But police reports were there and certainly available to the DOJ and the POTUS.
For the unitiated Zimmerman was reported as a “white hispaninc” who shot and killed a black youth innocently strolling down the street because he was “black”.
Yet none of that was disclosed until long after the trial and verdict was issued. Because it was politically usefull not to do so. And even today most blacks and much of the public aren’t aware of those facts. That’s because they’re so completely bound in political correctness they are afraid to make that charge and worse, others naive to the ruthessness of what socialists will do to employ their agenda.
Presently the direction by the media on these so called “racial incidents” and the subsequent utterances by the regime eagerly reported by the enemy are misdirecting US.
When we should be taking the so called political opposition led by what I call the GOPES (GOP elite statists) to task. From and shutting down funding not only for “immigration” INS as weall as other government agencies like the EPA and IRS.
A lot of white faces.
I think they just have nothing to do and are waiting for the IPhone 7 to come out.
Meanwhile, how are kinder, friendlier police ever going to deal with emboldened inner city thugs?
