Columbia Law postpones finals over Eric Garner ‘trauma’

They’re a long way from being hard-nosed litigators. A group of Columbia University law students demanded the school postpone their finals because of their “trauma” over the Eric Garner and Michael Brown grand jury decisions. And the bleeding-heart higher-ups bought it. In an email to the entire school, Interim Dean Robert Scott said the decisions “have shaken the faith of some in the integrity of the grand-jury system and in the law more generally.” Scott said “students who feel that their performance on examinations will be sufficiently impaired due to the effects of these recent events” could apply to have their tests rescheduled. The move outraged some students at the elite grad school, where first-semester final exams began Monday.

If they were traumatized over the deaths of our brave men and women in Afghanistan they’d never be taking a test.

Here’s the deal....you’d like to get this all out of the way by 15th, prep to pack for Xmas holidays, and plan your off-time. Basically by making this move....everything gets pushed back a notch or two.
I’m just wondering...if some former President died...would they push it back two or three days? If a blizzard hit the eastern seaboard....would they push it back two or three days?

Minority diploma mills need no excuses to play favorites. Like separating the wheat from the chaff - a degree from an ivy league minority mill means easy A.
What’s hilarious about this is they are protesting the very thing THEY support - The government using hard nosed tactics to collect taxes. 4 cops arresting a guy like he’s a serial killer solely because he sold one single solitary untaxed cigarette. Who approves that? The very politicians these leftist jackasses vote for! The Mayor, the city council who if you can believe it are protesting the very thing THEY approved of! They approved of armies of tax inspectors going store to store inspecting cigarettes, handing out massive fines, and initiating arrests like the Gestapo going after Jews.

Next, this bunch of wusses will be guilting the A students into giving their test scores to the poor, bereaved students who are too upset to pass on their own. Things are getting that crazy.
Some one is light in their loafers.
I hope none of these poor wilting violets become criminal defense attorneys. They will be traumatized by every case they take and end up in the funny farm.
This is the kind of thinking we should take advantage of. Let’s see how much they will paralyze themselves over how little. If they don’t shut down institution X because of condition Y, it’s because they don’t care enough. And they always “care” enough. We should find a way to leverage that.

The left lost it when the Republicans won in Congress. They can’t get over it, and are trying to get back by “proving” that all Whites (Republicans) are really racist.
These law-students-of-color are such racist wimps. Get a life. Get a grip. Traumatized??? How about if they were beaten to an inch of their life by some mugger? How about if they took one in the torso while serving in the military? How about if they had to find a job out of high school in Clown Prince nobama’s great economy? These pampered asshats attending an expensive private law school are “traumatized”? Good God! They should quit school and wander America begging for forgiveness for their ignorance. I smell “white privilege” for law-students-of-color. Losers.
Sounds like a lame excuse to cover up the fact they are woefully unprepared for the exams or perhaps no one has given them the answers yet.
So all these student personally knew these people to so as to suffer trauma over their deaths?
