I would have to put Mitt Romney on the list.
Romney not only pushed abortion with the most passionate and compelling arguments from any republican that we have ever seen, but he did it from the inside of the pro-life party, and then became the head of that party as it’s presidential nominee, where he then announced that he did’t support it’s life platform and followed that with pro-choice ads in his campaign, claiming that he had been open about those positions while winning the nomination.
We have yet to learn how much damage he has done to the pro-life position of the GOP, and future nominees.
