So, who is Lena? We've now heard about her since day one and yet no firm identification or picture. Maybe an "Obama composite" as part of some marketing hype for a movie flop?

All companies must monitor those with database credentials. Every file transfer, need to know analysis should be questioned. The mail server for example, should only be accessed via the front end. Any backend copy/rename needs to be see by a second trustworthy employee.

Of course, if Lena was that employee and colluded. But as soon as she is laid off, she is a suspect.

The problem is, changing database passwords is dangerous. Interface programs among many other processes use the password and processes will break. However, the alternative threat is much worse.
