Carl Forti, the longtime Crossroads political director who simultaneously worked on the pro-Romney super PAC Restore our Future, in 2012, is said by four people with direct knowledge of the discussions to have been in talks with at least one 2016 campaign — that of Gov. Scott Walker of Wisconsin, who is not yet an official candidate.
It appears that someone, unknown to us and evidently not candidate Walker himself, is in "talks" with one of Karl Rove's scoundrels. There is no allegation that this individual engaged in "talks" with the approval of Walker. There is nothing that tells us what they talked about.
Walker's record deserves some respect and he has earned the right to have conclusions held in abeyance until there is at least some facts that he is actually sleeping with the enemy

The Bush family married into the Walker family, that’s what the “Dubya” in Bush 43’s name stands for and his father has it as one of his middle names, as his mother was a Walker. Has anyone looked into how or if they’re related?
Forti seems to be a multi-tasker, having worked simultaneously for Rove’s and Romney’s PACs. The excerpt states that HE, Forti, not Rove’s superpac is in talks with Walker. These professional campaign types go from candidate to candidate, PAC to PAC. Maybe we could just wait to see what, if anything, emerges from the purported talks?
If he throws in with Rove, we will know who he truly is.
