Chunk white albacore in water, drain, add a little chopped white onion, lemon juice, celery, green onion, kosher or seasoning salt, cracked black pepper, maybe a leaf of crisp iceberg, rye bread & Helmans—fast and delish.

Why?
That all sounds good, especially the rye bread.
But I’m a Miracle Whip guy so hold the Hellmans.
We can our own albacore. Store-bought can’t compare.
Try adding a small amount of finely chopped tomato....adds a great layer of flavor.
