A meme based solely on rumors is being pushed that the Apple Watch sales are slowing . . . four days after Apple finally allowed them to be available for sale in the retail stores. One of these memes is that "there are plenty of the Apple Watches "still for sale in the Apple Stores," that absurd statement was written and published on June 26th, the DAY that Apple stocked the stores and offered them for sale in the stores. It is also the day that Apple opened sale of the Apple Watch in ten more nations. The Apple Watch is selling at least 20% ahead of the original iPhone. . . and climbing. Apple sold more Apple Watches in the first month than they sold iPads in the first month, which was up to now, the fastest selling new product in history. — PING!

Despite the price, it seems to be selling well overseas. Perhaps those contrarian predictions (including Carl Icahn’s) that the stock is headed over 200 are correct.
