The Declaration of Independence Reminds us to Put Tyrants on Notice

Perhaps the most enduring legacy of the Declaration of Independence is that it sought to overturn the long abuses and powers of tyrants. It revealed the truth of self-government and that power is inherent in the people. In the second introduction of the document, Jefferson declared:

…That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

Jefferson, always the philosopher, reminds the reader that governments are instituted to protect the natural rights of man, to preserve their freedom above all else. Government is not intended to serve the bureaucracy, rulers, or an elite class.

Another reminder of American exceptionalism is that we do not tolerate tyrants. POTUS, The leaders and members of Congress, and others are on notice. The Declaration of Independence makes the course of action clear.

That is not necessary. It needs to return to its original intent, to serve us rather than to rule us. If blood must be shed, so be it, per part one of my tagline.

No need to abolish it. just remove the cancer and let it heal. However right now the U.N. is serving as a conduit to spread the infection worlwide. In September I fear the U.N. will meet together under the ruse of providing solutions for worlwide problems when it is really the official establishment of the NWO. Pope Francis will be there.

God bless our forefathers for the U.S. Constitution and it's inherent and unchangeable Bill of Rights, which gives Americans the right to defend ourselves from government abuse and usurptation of the powers granted by God to a free people. Tyranny is the normal state of mankind and our brilliant and brave forefathers and framers gave us a republic, with the rights and privileges enumerated therein including the rights of the first and second amendments and both of these are being abridged by elitists and politicians and judges of the leftist and rino persuasions nationwide. I just hope America does hold to the freedoms of God and puts down would be elitist tyrants whomever and wherever they are. The republic can stand if we will keep it from enemies foreign or domestic. And today's enemies are domestic leftist communist democrats and worthless rinos.

When the people of this nation finally rise up and stand against the tyranny that currently oppresses us nothing will withstand their furor.
It does not require a majority. Indeed, only 10% of the colonists were revolutionaries. their fervor was sufficient to waken another 1/3 to the horrors of George’s tyranny.
We need a few good men and women who will stand in the breach and say to the corrupters, “Leave now or suffer the consequences of your infamy.”
Chief among the tyrants are Obama and his Supremes. The leadership of our Congress must be added to the list. Their paltry patriotism is insulting.
Where there is a leader of government, industry or the church who will not stand strong for the traditions of the American Way, that leader must be deposed.
A few great Americans are sounding the battle cry. Take up the flag and march on the battlements of corruption.

The Declaration of Independence also reminds us that our founders made a formal covenant with God for our independence and freedom. Rebuke God, and you will lose both.

You do not understand that the writer of the blog is calling for the nation not to forego the spirit of putting down tyranny if necessary? You might put down the beer and horseshoes and do some thinking about what you said.
