that’s correct. i’ve been saying all along Trump has to have the constitutional mastery of Cruz.

The only thing that doesn’t make sense is that generally you pick a guy who could help you with a state you need, say, WI. I’m not saying Walker-—both Carson and Cruz are better fitted for Trump, but while they might add votes nationally, neither would secure a specific state. Of course, if you have enough votes nationally, the EC takes care of itself.
Cruz is the best choice to drag along all the uber conservative Freepers who don’t like Trump. :-)
Good grief. The first primary is six months away. Somebody needs to crack a window and let some fresh air in.
I also think that Cruz, with his Christian bona fides has been, is, and will continue to be a fine influence in the Lord’s plan to draw Donald closer to Himself, and use him to Make America Great again.

The second part I’d agree with, unfortunately. The first part...naa, this election we DO NOT play defensive - and if someone credible dares to call Trump a racist, I have no doubt, Trump will handle it, in his own special way.
