Replacing tires in the middle of the road is against safety requirements and endangers the life of the driver and of other road users.
Perhaps someone should chop off their heads so they will never do this heinous act again!
I think they are referring to the baby carriage. Looks like he is trying to pick baby out of the wheel well.

Also, he may be in the process of positioning the jack or loosing the lugs while the wheel rests on the ground so it does not spin.

Yeah he’s changing a tire. The spare is on the ground, the hubcap is off and it looks like the lug wrench laying by his foot.

It’s a seventh century raghead! You don’t really expect him to understand that a 3000 pound “motorized steel vehicle”, exiting the freeway at 40 miles per hour will cause significantly more damage than a camel at grazing speed, do you?

True. Any lane of traffic not a main one is considered “Allah’s Lane.” You can pass there or pull over and make tea. All other drivers are supposed to know that and make accommodations.
I used to say that one can easily identify Arab moderates as the ones driving in the middle of the road.
Yeah, he’s pulled the wheel cover. I always break the lug nuts loose with the tire firmly on the ground. You don’t want to be applying a lot of force once it is up on the jack. Sure you *can* do it, but it is far safer to apply that torque on the ground. Same thing tightening. Good and snug on the jack, then really tight once the tire is back in contact with pavement.
Why is this man changing a tire? Doesn’t he have a Filipina maid to do that sort of thing for him? Come to think of it why not just pull off the road and get a taxi to the Mercedes dealer ,, he obviously needs a newer car if he’s having flats...
