Only if President Obama allows it. I suspect he can’t as an angry Hillary will be a vengeful Hillary and she probably knows WAY too much for him to take the risk.
I can see him working a deal with her for a full pardon in exchange for her silence and probably a huge cash donation from her foundation to his foundation. In exchange he gets to name the new Democratic candidate and that person’s running mate.
Alternatively, he might say loudly to his entourage something like, “What sluggards, what cowards have I brought up in my court, who care nothing for their allegiance to their lord. Who will rid me of this meddlesome priest?”
Then, say “goodnight, Hillary.”
The Clintons have proven time and again they’re above the laws that govern the rest of us.
Yes, it sucks... but the level of suckfulness doesn’t make it any less true. Hillary has underlings — starting with Huma — who will happily and eagerly pay any penalty in her stead to keep her claws clean. Hillary will never face prosecution.
Odds on either one occurring are about the same.
