He made the decision so as to polish his climate change bonafides for the upcoming Paris conference. He will fly into Gay Paree in his green-by-edict Air Force one, and tell all his buddies how he stuck it to the CO2 enablers.

Let’s deal in facts here. The previous government took a rather token position against ISIS and so if Trudeau withdraws all support it will be like a 5% shift in our policy rather than a complete reversal.
Our weak response in Canada is pretty much the overall western response to ISIS so far. I think half of the general public are probably dubious that we are actually fighting them at all. It could all be make-believe as we play out some byzantine grand plan in Syria. This is a grand plan that seems to be aimed at getting everyone there to be either killed, on the move, or fighting for one side or another.
As such, this grand plan cannot succeed, it can only fail in one of three different ways. One, too many people leave and we’re stuck with them. Two, all sides enter a stalemate and fighting continues allowing ISIS to continue to sponsor terror. Or three, ISIS wins and mass genocide spreads through the Middle East.
I continue to argue that we should rethink our position entirely, support Russia and Assad in this instance, and eliminate ISIS together. All the alternatives are worse, with the possible exception of alternatives beyond human control.
Canada will announce the new policy of accepting MILLIONS of refugees.....look for this within weeks.
Have you read where Trudeau Jr. has proposed that the Syrian “refugees” (ahem) may have to be put up at Canadian MILITARY BASES ??!! No kidding. What could go wrong?
