Support pours in for Donald Trump after Muslims rant: Panic as donations for campaign soar

REPUBLICAN frontrunner Donald Trump is spending a fraction of his Democrat rival Hillary Clinton as he continues to dominate political debate in the United States.

While Mrs Clinton wrote off £19million in the past quarter to bolster her bid for the White House, the billionaire property tycoon is estimated to have invested just £3million.

Since Trump’s controversial demand for Muslims to be temporarily banned from entering the US following an Islamic Stateinspired mass shooting in San Bernardino, donations have been pouring in to his campaign coffers.

Experts estimate more than 100,000 supporters have given donations averaging £40 to his campaign, even though he is largely self financing his presidential ambitions.

Trump’s xenophobic rhetoric about Mexicans and Muslims has caused headlines around the world.

It saw some Republicans try to force him to stand as a conservative independent, even though it could split the vote and pave the way for a Clinton victory.

But he didn’t stand firm, he changed the rhetoric to Islamists, not Muslims.

Since there is absolutely no way to distinguish between the two sets, they totally overlap, then we need to halt Muslim immigration until the emergency is over. Just like Presidents have done to other groups in many a war and civil emergency.

Trump's xenophobic rhetoric ...

Pricks can't resist editorializing. Trying to protect Americans from people who have repeatedly said they want to destroy us is now xenophobia. Trump should just come out and say that people who get journalism degrees are too dumb or too lazy to get real degrees.

He just got more specific. The Islamists are the good Muslims, the ones who actually believe their Demonic Koran and hope to act upon their belief.

The immigrant test is whether they come here to get away from Sharia or to impose it.

Admittedly, there's no reliable way to administer the test. So, for the duration, stop immigration from all countries where there's a problem.

And I agree totally, stop the immigration for the duration.

But I do not believe there is any difference. ALL Muslims support these groups, with their Zakat, with their deeds, with their words, or with their silence. The communities KNOW who is in their midst, and also know that the Koran specifically forbids them from saying anything which could harm a fellow Muslim. So they are quiet, giving them a safe place to blend into and hide, then disavow knowledge of them when the event occurs.

They do not believe in “a snitch gets stitches”, they believe in a snitch gets dead, and so does his family.

‘’donations have been pouring in to his campaign coffers.’’

Is this true? I’ve been led to believe that he has refused donations. He has discouraged groups/people from setting up funds in his name, although he has no control over that. Someone recently, perhaps Trump himself, alluded to the possibility that the funds were being set up by private entities with is name attached to rake in money — for themselves. He wasn’t too happy about that.

But he didn't stand firm....

I disagree. Since it's Radical Islamic Terrorism that has to be kept out of the country, saying that banning Islamists is a better description of what the ban should be,

Trump has proven his leadership skill. He put out a statement that stirred the pot, totally offending those who don't like the status quo challenged. He followed the objections, got some advice, and responded by tweaking his demand.

Isn't this exactly what Trump said he'd do as President? Tell it like it is about what has to happen, then get some really smart people to do the planning.

Why are you so opposed to Mr. Trump? No one else got the discussion going and the anger recognized until he forced the issue.

Ted Cruz started discussing illegal immigration and amnesty in 2013, long before anyone else really did. Trump began this with the Paris attacks and used the media to highlight himself. However, Cruz has been fighting this battle against the President and the current Congress for years.

Trump supports the Kelo decision to use the government to take your house if he wants it. How is that conservative?

Articles such as this only confirm that the RNC does understand that the base is not their base. The fact they continue down the path of destruction makes US wonder just how evil they are. Knowing what they want is not what AMERICA wants and yet they continue to beat US down. Who would do that WTP ask. And Americans answer how do we rid ourselves of the impossible critters?

GO TRUMP GO CRUZ ~ YOU WIN OR WE LOSE!

There's no question that Cruz has been discussing the invasion of the US for a long time (he doesn't call it that; what a shame). He had also been discussing increasing H1B Visas by a multiple, so we wondered where he was about US jobs for US citizens (I don't need the references, I know that Cruz has gently said some things changing that view.)

But that's not my point. My point is that it takes Trump to get a lot of US citizens involved. Cruz couldn't convey those views into something that had enough of the US involved in demanding change.

If you are catching flak, you must be conservative and a patriot and a populist and not remotely controlled by monied interest.

He has repeatedly said small donations are accepted all along. This is not a change. He has no PAC or large corporate donors.
