A former California exotic pet dealer furious with the management of a sushi restaurant let a 13-foot python loose in the dining room.
Hiroshi Motohashis cold-blooded Sunday assault on Studio Citys Iroha Sushi of Tokyo sent panicked customers scurrying out of the café.
Everyones, like, eating so customers are yelling, Get this thing out! Are you crazy? waitress Jessie Davaadorj told CBS Los Angeles.
The snake got stuck near the register when it tried to slither away.
Hiroshi Motohashi threw his 13-foot python into a California sushi joint Sunday night.
Police said the disgruntled diner left the slithering surprise after managers kicked him out for bringing another, smaller snake to dinner.
Motohashi had already finished and paid for his $200 sushi dinner when he started showing a small snake to other patrons in the restaurant, officials said. He left when employees asked him to but came back moments later with the massive yellow python.
Motohashi was arrested for making criminal threats. The animal officials are now caring for both of his snakes the yellow python and the smaller serpent until he can show proof of ownership and proper pet permits.

If he didn’t like the service, couldn’t he just have left a smaller tip?
Dinner special = fresh yellow python
I know of some restaurants around here, that a 13 foot snake would not cause much more than a short pause between bites.
Just as long as it would take to shoot both the python and the python thrower.
Ping.
Friend of your, S?! LOL :)
I want to party with this guy...
Seems like a carving knife would take care of it in short order.
“A man with a python under his arm walks into a bar...”
“...proper pet permits.”
Well, I sorta hope he’s lost those forever. This guy should not be owning any sort of pet.
What? Is the python going to pick him out of a lineup?
The video shows him outside the store letting kids play with the python.
Snake Sushi for dinner......
I don’t particularly like pets that are not mammals, but that is an endearing picture.
“What? Is the python going to pick him out of a lineup?”
Why not? Snakes can point. In fact, that’s about all they can do.
Lol, this must have been one of those responsible big snake owners!
Kind of like Trump showing up the RNC convention with a majority of delegates...
I think he's just one of those idiots that thinks he's special and can take his animals wherever he wants, regardless of laws or health codes. I used to run into them all the time, I would have given him two minutes to get the snake and get out or it would be on the menu.
