Final few minutes is a beg-a-thon. Like FR there are no advertisements.
And I feel fine...
Guess, I was wrong...
The roof is on fire!
We didn’t start the fire, it’s always been burning so let the moth...
Wait, what?
The big threat is not the Sun - we can recover - but a comet like the one that hit Earth in 9600 BC creating the Younger Dryas, destroying all previous civilizations by worldwide floods from the instantly melted ice where it struck the Ice Cap.
You know, if you had just done this, folks wouldn’t have to ask you what the heck the video is all about before clicking.

Ben Davidson explains how the sun can trigger the #1 risk to earth, based on severity and likelihood, and the current state of earths magnetic reversal, including how our protection from solar energy is weakening with it. In the second half of 2015 several minor solar upticks (100x weaker than big ones) caused geomagnetic events we would expect from the only the largest flares every decade or so. This trend is expected to continue and it is not a pretty picture for the coming decades.

You’re welcome.
Well some see this life as nothing more than pain,
It’s pay out this and line up here,
It’s all just too insane...
Well I feel the blues a coming down like rain...
My feelings are so complicated I, wish I could explain...
Don’t have two words, for the way I feel, I know I really need someone
And I need something that is REEEEEEALLLL...
BUT WE... CANT... STOP... THIS... WORLD... FROM... ITS...
CRASH AND BURN.
IT’S CRASH AND BURN
How can we blame this on Western Civ and Capitalism?
But no worries, if we can’t, there’s always global warming.
Exactly
Carlson described the event as the worst 100 years human beings ever knew followed by an only marginally better 1000 years.
Twenty years ago I first flew to Las Vegas and was intrigued at how obvious the evidence of a monstrous and catastophic flood there was over the entire desert West.
God flooded the entire world, why would it be surprising to see the evidence?
All this end of the world stuff I don’t worry about. God is in control and we already know how it ends.
Actually the YD event took place within one generation, lasted 1000 years and then ended in one generation. Both beginning and end caused by the same comet’s fragments (unto 2 km in size) - fragments which still cross Earth orbit today - no one knows if all the large fragments are gone or if some still exist ...
See Graham Hancock’s “Magicians of the Gods”
The Younger Dryas event is better than fiction. I also think you might have described the event behind Noah’s Ark.
Stories of Noah, Gilgamesh, Zuis-Udra, Yima all are the same ... see Gobeki Tepe (or Portasar in Armenian).
I did not “describe” it, rather just relayed it from other sources.
The thing about Noah ... it is neither an original story (there were many ‘Noahs’) nor did it take place in the conventional (or Biblical) timeline but many thousands of years prior.
The YD is not fiction, but a geological period of great chaos.
I know the YD is totally true. I wish there was a good documentary on it.
If the population was reduced to eight people due to a global flood, it stands to reason that a wide variety of people descended from that group scattered across the planet would have some sort of flood legend and that details of it would vary from one group to the next.
Thank you. (There was no way I was going to the link.)
#1 Risk to the Earth
The main stream media, period! There is no debate.
“If the population was reduced to eight people ...”
Were that true, the human gene pool would have long ago ceased to exist. That is far too few a number of individuals to sustain any species.
Further, modern DNA from around the word does not support your contention - there was a fully human common female ancestor some 200,000 years ago from tracking matralinial DNA.
There were many ‘floods’ within the 1000 year period - the ones originating from the North American 2 mile high Ice Sheets, and those from the European ones - all of these dumped giga-gallon cubic miles of water often rapidly and some times slowly inundating 20,000,000 square miles of previously habital coastal lands.
This was a time of true climate change - from warmer than today, to colder than anything experienced in the past 12,600 years, to something like today’s climate. The beginning and ends were like a nuclear winter - extremely cold, and dark with little or no sun for years.
