This tactic is not new. Shoplifters have been using children for years to steal stuff.
They act like they don’t know. They also know that the child won’t be prosecuted. Nothing happens to them.

It takes a REAL GENIUS to shop lift or commit ANY crime at Walmart.
We had a case where some 20 dollar bills were passed in Walmart, the store ended up IDing the clown and his accomplices, getting the picture from the register then going through ALL the tapes— had tracked them leaving his car, entering store, splitting up, doing their business, leaving the store and tracking them back to his car.
And this is a very low crime area....can only wonder what kind of coverage in high crime areas.
