Reminds me of one of my Mom's friends in the '50s - she was really upset because she was pissed at her boss and told him to drop dead -- which he did later that nigh of a massive heart attack.
I realize it ain't the exact same thing but where does one draw the line. If someone urges a girlfriend to have an abortion, or even perform one on herself, it kills a baby -- under the "standards" used here, that person should also be indicted.

Reading the headline I thought it was the usual DA trying to make a name for himself bringing these charges. But reading the messages she sent, she definitely goaded him repeatedly into killing himself. This goes way beyond a flippant remark. It really looks sick on her part.
