Funny! They were flabbergasted! Didn’t they notice his build?

"What supplements do you take?"

"You know what I use?"

"Prune juice."

The sweater and loose clothes hid his build.

Very cool. Thanks. I forwarded the video to the seniors in my family. The video shows buff guys respecting a senior. Then the fun begins. Great smiles.

You were right, that was fun to watch!

Heheh, for a minute, I thought they were going to turn him into that creepy old man from the Jackass people!

I'm a senior (67 y/o) and I ride my bike for an hour wide open and then go to the gym for weight lifting each day.

Even for newbies, there is no limit to what you can achieve if you are patient and careful.

Tell your friends and family.

The downside is that it feels GOOD.;-)

Went I went to view the video, I thought they were going to show a surprisingly-fit senior, rather than a young weightlifter wearing makeup to make himself look old for a prank.

Sorry for the deception.

I am a surprising fit senior (67 y/o) but I am not able to lift like that guy. Gotta watch out for the back and elbows.

Otherwise, I do all I can.

BTW, my dad did swim aerobics until he was 85. Kept him fit.

He stopped it when we began to worry about his bowels.

Lived to be a fit 94. Got him a 3-wheel bike and that kept him fit re: cardio.

Passed in 2013.

Really miss him.

Thank you.

Daily cycling and weights is admirable. You have my respect.

I trust you are careful diet: protein, water and a multi vitamin.

I see on your home page that you have a Concept 2 rowing machine. Looks like a winner. I shall investigate.

I cycle and lift weight daily, also. I really like the One A Day Men’s Pro Edge. You may wish to investigate.

Keep up the good work.

I eat protein, fat, and get all my carbs from veggies. No bread, rice, pasta, potatoes, etc. (as much as I love then).

Will check out the Pro Edge.
