Hillary Clinton says US need to secure borders, and illegals should be deported and build a wall
you tube ^ | 2006 | Hillary Clinton

This is a video of then Senator Hillary discussing in 2006 the Mexican presidential election and immigration issues.

At the 2:17 mark:

"We need to do, simultaneously, you know, secure our borders, with technology, personnel, physical barriers, if necessary in some places, and we need to have tougher employer sanctions, and we need to try to incentivize Mexico to do more and we need to create the environment in which we get people out of the shadows and then give them some earned right to legalization that will enable to continue to work. If they have committed transgressions of whatever kind they should be, obviously, deported.

But that won't stop it unless Mexico and their neighbors to the south actually let these hardworking people have a future in their own countries."

Then Senator Clinton discusses immigration issues. The whole clip is only 3 minutes long and is worth watching.

I mentioned above the part that most interests me. She mentions physical barriers, employer sanctions, deportations, and Mexico's responsibility for this issue.

This statement seems remarkable similar to Trump's position. She and her allies are demonizing, in extremely harsh terms, Trump and his supporters for holding a position quite similar to her statements made only 10 years ago.

Bill Clinton saying the same thing, during his 1995 SOTU speech. I wish more people could be exposed to this.

Sounds like a great sound byte for a TRUMP commercial.

That’s just McCain/Kennedy that’s she is talking about.
Same thing Rubio and his Gang were trying to sell.
Promises of border security tomorrow for amnesty today.

“McCain/Kennedy”

I agree with you. She mentioned an “earned right to legalization.”

But she also mentioned things that are, according to her, verboten today: physical barriers, deportations, employer sanctions, and the government of Mexico’s responsibility.

I continue to be amazed at the Clinton’s ability to turn on a dime. Policies they previously supported, statements they previously made, can just be ignored. They expect us to have no memory at all. They will say whatever best serves their immediate interest, and there are no consequences at all, to them personally, for their repeated untruths.

And the viciousness with which they attact their opponents! They demonize as a racist anyone who would dare make a statement similar to what Hillary said in the above video clip.

Even if they had passed that back then, there would never have been any deportations, fences or enforcement.
Just like Simpson/Mazzoli, current law.
There was supposed to be employer sanctions, border security and enforcement after that passed.
All we saw was the amnesty.
GHWB never implemented the enforcement.
Bill Clinton did a better job than him or his son, GWB.

The Clintons have always had the Ministry of Propaganda on their side so it is much easier to just lie.
No one holds them accountable.
