Since Feds will not move on Okeefe evidence, does any State have a basis for arrest? Eg. Indiana?

Posted on 10/24/2016 11:38:32 AM PDT by Be Careful

While it is very clear that there is an abundance of evidence, enough to arrest and indict Her/Them on federal felony charges, we all know that won't happen.

As an alternative, does any Legal Eagle know if there is any basis for an individual state to do the same on a state level?

Sure hope that Comey cannot sleep at night, knowing what he has done to our country.

At first glance, one would think the chain of possession of evidence would fail in any prosecution effort.

Trump knows how to sue. Could he have any basis to do so?

All of the Clinton’s scandals are complicated to understand. That’s why they don’t gain traction among the general public. It’s much easier to become outraged about talk about grabbing a woman’s private parts.

From CNN, July 2016...

This was not his first time investigating the Clintons [Comey]

Nor his second. The email server probe marked the third time Comey has investigated Bill or Hillary Clinton.

His first run-in came in the mid-1990s, when he joined the Senate Whitewater Committee as a deputy special counsel. There he dug into allegations that the Clintons took part in a fraud connected to a Arkansas real estate venture gone bust. No charges were ever brought against either Clinton..."

"In 2002, Comey, then a federal prosecutor, took over an investigation into President Bill Clinton's 2001 pardon of financier Marc Rich, who had been indicted on a laundry list of charges before fleeing the country . ..."

"The Whitewater controversy (also known as the Whitewater scandal, or simply Whitewater) began with investigations into the real estate investments of Bill and Hillary Clinton and their associates, Jim and Susan McDougal, in the Whitewater Development Corporation, a failed business venture in the 1970s and 1980s."

Whitewater Convictions

Jim Guy Tucker: Governor of Arkansas at the time, removed from office (fraud, 3 counts)

John Haley: attorney for Jim Guy Tucker (tax evasion)

William J. Marks, Sr.: Jim Guy Tucker's business partner (conspiracy)

Stephen Smith: former Governor Clinton aide (conspiracy to misapply funds). Bill Clinton pardoned.

Webster Hubbell: Clinton political supporter; Rose Law Firm partner (embezzlement, fraud)

Jim McDougal: banker, Clinton political supporter: (18 felonies, varied)

Susan McDougal: Clinton political supporter (multiple fraud). Bill Clinton pardoned.

David Hale: banker, self-proclaimed Clinton political supporter: (conspiracy, fraud)

Neal Ainley: Perry County Bank president (embezzled bank funds for Clinton campaign)

Chris Wade: Whitewater real estate broker (multiple loan fraud). Bill Clinton pardoned.

Larry Kuca: Madison real estate agent (multiple loan fraud)

Robert W. Palmer: Madison appraiser (conspiracy). Bill Clinton pardoned.

John Latham: Madison Bank CEO (bank fraud)

Eugene Fitzhugh: Whitewater defendant (multiple bribery)

Charles Matthews: Whitewater defendant (bribery)

Ultimately the Clintons were never charged, but 15 other persons were convicted of more than 40 crimes, including Bill Clinton's successor as Governor, who was removed from office.[40]

White House FBI files controversy

The revelations provoked a strong political and press reaction because many of the files covered White House employees from previous Republican administrations, including top presidential advisors.

Under criticism, Livingstone resigned from his position.

Allegations were made that senior White House figures, including First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton, may have requested and read the files for political purposes, and that the First Lady had authorized the hiring of the underqualified Livingstone.”

Hillary is more untouchable than either Santos Trafficante or Carlos Marcello ever were.

She is simply not subject to US laws, federal or state.

If the gummint is not gonna prosecute wrong doing then folks are going to have to persue these things on their own. It would not be necessary if the authorities did their job but since they won’t we have to do it for them.

I remember hearing this about all the Clinton scandals during Whitewater, cattlegate, travelgate, etc.

If explained properly by the media, the people would understand. The media are the problem.

The problem is that most his evidence is obtained illegally based on recording statutes in the states. It is all fruit of the poisoned tree.

Seems to me that the State of Illinois has the best basis.

Hillary’s toads planned and coordinated a Riot at a Scheduled Trump Rally that ended up with Police injured.

Of course it’s Illinois so I am not holding my breath...

It may be however, there are phone records and idiots that posted on Facebook and other social sites their actions and admitting they were involved, who happen to be on the Illary payroll.

Wikilinks or Veritas don’t need to be involved.

One of those ba$tards is from Madison and bragged about all the disruptions during the Walker recall attempt. I heard this morning that the Wisconsin AG is looking into it.

<>What happens when your government stops working ?<>

When it stops serving its designed purposes, those set forth in the Preamble to our Constitution, it is time for the civil society, the sovereign people to reassert free government. Elections are inadequate.

On the Preamble to the Constitution.
