WaPo: Donald Trump's chances of winning are approaching zero (LOL alert)
Washington Post ^ | October 24, 2016 | Chris Cillizza and Aaron Blake

Posted on 10/25/2016 12:19:52 AM PDT by Zakeet

The election is in 15 days. And the electoral map just keeps looking grimmer and grimmer for Donald Trump.

We are making three changes to The Fix map this week, all favoring Hillary Clinton.

First, we are moving Nevada, where Trump had shown surprising strength for much of this year, from "toss up" to "lean Democratic" amid signs that the state is slipping away from him. ... Trump's collapse in the state is badly impacting Republicans's chances of winning Sen. Harry Reid's (D) open seat. ...

We're also moving Utah - yes, Utah! - from "lean Republican" to "toss up" as independent candidate Evan McMullin, a Utah native and Mormon, continues to show considerable polling resiliency in the Beehive State. Count us as skeptical that Clinton can win in such a Republican state. But McMullin is taking lots of Republican voters away from Trump, and it's not out of the question the third party candidate wins the state's six electoral votes.

And, finally - and much to our amazement - we are adding Texas to our list of competitive states, rating it as "lean Republican."

Us WaPoo newsers reached our brilliant conclusion based on a combination of telling our establishment readers what they want to hear ... giving our crony capital advertisers a story that they will pay us to print ... having run off everyone in our organization with an I.Q. greater than room temperature ... and smoking some damn good weed!

If that’s the case, why is WP still obsessed with DT, running so scared?

I don’t see the point of posting this crap. You are just driving traffic to their website and helping fund their anti-trump efforts.

I just don’t see how I can use Amazon after this disgusting display. Didn’t Bezos pretty much admit he bought the paper just to be house organ for the Hitlery campaign? I have always despised the media, but the Washington Post has hit the lowest point in terms of completely throwing out any pretense of objectivity.

It’s as if the MSM knows that, due to how we use phones, this is the last time polling will be used to predict an election anyway - why not skew it?

Bezos makes zero profit from the WaPo, period. I would take a guess that he has to write out checks from his pocket every quarter to rebalance the books at the newspaper.

But here’s the thing. For lobbyists and political figures....they desperately need WaPo to exist and put their message out there. So Bezos can walk up and say he wants such-and-such tax code changed, and he gets it with no argument. If he wants someone appointed as ambassador to Seoul or Berlin, he probably gets it. So he has tremendous power over the DC power base.....up until Trump arrives.
