Yeah - and back in January of 1973 or 1974, the machine shop I worked in at Rochester New York gave us free ice cream - something that only happened when it reached 90 degrees outside - we’re still here.....even though we generally only got it a few times during the Summer and January was supposed to be in the 20s....

If you look at their graphic depiction, they show two large areas, of about the same size, one that is about 35 degrees warmer than “average” and one that is about 35 degrees colder than “average”.
It makes me doubt their data and conclusions.
Two large areas of reasonable proximity, with a 70 degrees spread between them...
