This is a civil war. And just like the last one the Democrats started this one too.

What kind of sheet is this?

It means millions of voters will have their choice for a President nullified because Obama and Biden dont like the new President's tweets. If the new President does something Obama/Bident dont like. They can kick them out of office.

The party of Super Delegates" wishes to concentrate even more power to the executive - Quelle Surprise!.

The battle between the Monarch and the Mob continues, although labels change from time to time.

“to determine if a president is fit for office”

Read the Constitution stupid. It falls under Article 2:

Section 1 of Article Two of the United States Constitution sets forth the eligibility requirements for serving as president of the United States:

No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.

natural born citizens
at least 35 years old
inhabitants of the United States for at least fourteen years.

The Twelfth Amendment (1804) requires the Vice-President to meet all of the qualifications of being President.
The Twenty-second Amendment (1951) prevents a President from being elected more than twice.

If the law doesn’t work for you, you waste everyone’s time trying to change it before you ignore it? Coming from a lib, thus appears to be the norm.

“What we need is something to reject progressives as fit to serve.”

That falls under clause 6 of Article 2 under mental disabilities. And it really is there.

It’s antics like this that make me want Trump to push ahead with prosecuting Hillary.

When the 25th Amendment was passed, the part about “such other body as Congress may by law provide” kinda snuck through there.

Democrats don't have enough votes to override a Trump veto, so this will go nowhere, but it's instructive for the Right to see that liberals NEVER stop trying, no matter what the odds of success are. Republicans always look for the compromise, even when they have strength on their side.

My thinking is that ALL federal Government employees should be held accountable to the USMJ, to include Governors and their Lieutenants.

That is the UCMJ I believe...

...and all it would do with the current collection of slugs is give ‘em yet another body of law to ignore.
