An American Airlines plane flew to its destination rather than make an emergency landing after a runaway beverage cart struck a passengers head during takeoff, leaving him with a severe brain injury, according to a negligence lawsuit on Thursday.
Charles and Helga Johnson, a married couple from Stanfordville, New York, are seeking at least $10 million in damages from American Airlines Group Inc in a complaint filed in the federal court in White Plains, New York.

AA is a good mark.
Drain Damage can be serious!
‘Drain damage’
Drain the swamp then!
This thread is about to take a whole other direction.
Try Drano................
I suspect his drain was damaged way before he got on the plane.............
Sounds like he needs a plumber....stat!
It can be hugh and series too.
How’d he manage to get his head in the way of a cart that was going down the aisle?
Twenty-five years of steady drinking didn’t do me any drain damage at all.
Burned a few holes in my brain, however.
“It can be hugh and series too. “
Nah! It’s mute and irrevalunt!
Expert timing.
I had a co-worker long ago who spent most of his workday filing lawsuits against the city of San Diego. He and his evil wife would go out of their way to find something "out of code" and have an "accident" then file suit.
Evil jerks.
...an unmoored, fully stocked, 300-pound beverage cart struck Charles Johnson in the head after it flew down the aisle on Flight 1941.
“...resulted in a large forehead gash, severe bleeding and a loss of consciousness.”
Johnson said he now suffers from chronic traumatic brain injury and post-concussive syndrome, headaches, mood swings and anxiety.
300 pounds smacking into one’s head can certainly cause some dain bramage.
Disposable catheters can help with that.

Took only two posts. Gonna be a fun ride.
Translation: "The cabin crew doesn't even know about this incident since I just made it up after reading about all the other suits against the airline".
“Howd he manage to get his head in the way of a cart that was going down the aisle?”
Hold ma beer?
Exactly. Can’t follow the physics of that one.
Actually happened to me.
I was leaning forward to get my bag under my seat and having a bit of trouble. The steward rammed the cart into the top of my head as he was going down the isle at break neck speed. I bled everywhere and had to get two stitches.
I did not sue, nor did I get brain injury, although I did vote for McCain shortly thereafter in the hopes that he would croak and Sarah Palin would be President.
