Three videos at the link.
One home run. Doubles in three runs with bases loaded. Good catch against the wall (but a little awkward) in left field.

Sorry.
I goofed.
He’s hitting .438.
“while it lasts”?
Do I detect a Never-Tebow?
Yep.
I saw Tebow put on one of the most impressive performances in a football game I’ve ever witnessed. It was a loss and he cried after the game. He earned the respect of every person in the stadium though. A true competitor.
The fact he’s so hated by so many gives you an idea of how post Christian America now is.
I have always been amazed at how much the left HATES Tim Tebow. I guess he is everything they are not.
Most folks wish Tebow well or don’t care at all. But there are some people out there who seem invested in seeing him fail....the Christian haters.
He is packing stadiums and would do the same in the majors. There are MLB accountants that do not deserve their job.
thumbs up
But the sample size is small...
Only 16 at bats..........
I was thinking a promotion to AA.
Never understood the fascination or hate for this guy.
guess it’s the same for that gay football player....but opposite
Tebow’s chances of making it to the big leagues are very small. Hitting .478 in 16 at bats in low A ball is fine for what it is. But by the same token it’s .478 in 16 at bats in low A ball. Plus he’s 29. Not old by baseball standards. but not young either.
The Yankees want to trade Arron Judge to the Mets for Tim Tebow.
“...he committed as many outfield errors as the rest of the clubs outfielders combined. And thats incredible.”
That’s a Hall of Fame statistic!
Well, he’s perhaps on the road to a promotion up to AA ball.
In the minor leagues, a lot of players are eliminated after a season or two of Class A ball. Those who do well are promoted to AA ball. Those who do well move on to AAA, which is the step right below the major leagues. It’s a winnowing out process.
Sounds to me he is ready for the next level, and then repeat the process, see how well he does in AA.
I read that only a small fraction of players signed to minor league contracts make it to the major leagues. The competition is fierce to be able to move up.
This is professional sports. Its OK to root for someone regardless of what school they attended.
As bad as the Mets season is going they might bring him up in September just to sell tickets.
