ABC Radio News, it was "Officers" who shot Justine Ruszczyk

I am flabbergasted at the extent of fake news. I am listening to ABC news on WMAL in Washington D.C. They begin to "report" about the latest development in what they referred to as "the Minneapolis police shooting."

Here's what they proceeded to describe: "The officers involved in the shooting failed to turn on their mobile cameras and so there is no video record of the shooting. However, after the shooting the officers were both involved in administering life saving measures."

““Hands up! Don’t shoot!” actually applies this time, but you’d never know it.”

She had her hands up?

Multiple shots, only one hit.

“Noor, who joined the Minneapolis Police in March 2015, has reportedly had three complaints made against him in two years - including a lawsuit. Two are from 2017 and one from 2016 is closed and according to Lou Raguse of Kare 11 is marked ‘not to be made public’.”

Last I heard, based on the coroner’s report, the case was being investigated as a homocide.

A person was killed by another person; if it wasn't being investigated as a homicide, that would be a serious cause for concern.

Exactly. He was a poorly trained cop, chosen, celebrated, and placed there for his race, nationality and religion. He had zero business being there.
He was riding with a training officer who was evaluating him after a series of complaints.

And now because of PC hiring, a woman is dead.

Considering what can happen while driving delivering newspapers in a neighborhood and passing 4 officers...

You need a link to a verified news source before this goes into “News/Activism.” Vanities belong in chat.

Bad mistake hiring this bushman, he probably shot mouth darts at lion cubs when he was a kid.

A lot of speculation at this early stage of the investigation, but what we all know what you have stated is factual, tragic, and not unexpected.

Homicide is not murder. It just means a human got killed by another human. Murder is the deliberate taking of life, a special kind of homicide. Homocide might be something different.

Bush1 allowed these insane Somali-Muslims to come to America.

Go to the link and watch one of these insane Somali-Muslims chase and attack a young Trump supporter in San Jose, last year!:

And they were looking for a gray Nissan, IIRC, and that’s a blue Toyota. Close enough! Light ‘er up!

Who thought it was a good idea to give a badge and a gun to a Somali named Mohamed? Two strikes from the get-go.

Given what’s been reported, that a bullet whizzed passed his face from the passenger side and through the driver-side window, I can’t imagine Noor’s partner having anything positive to say about him in this situation.

The recklessness of that alone is stunning. Never mind that he killed this poor yoga instructor who was in her pajamas. Was that in the advanced gun-play class at the police academy where one learns how to shoot past your partner while you're in the patrol car?! Unbelievable.

"The officers involved in the shooting failed to turn on their mobile cameras and so there is no video record of the shooting. However, after the shooting the officers were both involved in administering life saving measures."

The actions being discussed in your quote do involve both officers. Both had their cameras off. Both administered life saving measures. There's nothing improper about referring to "officers" in this context. If they said the "officers" shot her, that's different, but that's not what you quoted.

He’s looking at manslaughter at the least

Not at all. He will at the very most be charged with violation of oath of office. He probably won't even lose his job. You seem to forget that police can kill anyone at any time for any reason or no reason, and all that they have to say is that the "felt threatened" and that's a get out of jail free card

kingu :" I’m just curious, if you were involved in a shooting, would you speak freely with investigators or shut up and get a lawyer
and have any question presented to the lawyer for response?"

Police officers are instructed to be cooperative at the scene of any shooting
However, for their own protection, they are also instructed to postpone any statement until they have a lawyer present
due to the emotional shock of an 'officer involved shooting'.
There is even more 'shock' or post traumatic syndrome (PTSD) if the shooting involves a homicide, or fatality, and voluntary responses are discouraged within 24 hours.
