St. Johns County deputies arrested a 28-year-old who rode his bicycle to meet who he thought was a child on Tuesday, deputies said.
Michael Lee Simmons of St. Augustine was arrested on several charges after deputies say he asked the undercover detective posing as a child to meet him while they were chatting online.
Simmons sent a photo of him exposing himself to the undercover detective, officials said.
He agreed to meet the child and arrived at the prearranged location on his bicycle Tuesday afternoon, officials said.
He was arrested without incident.
Simmons was charged with use of a computer to seduce, solicit, lure or entice a child or person believed to be a child to commit an unlawful sexual act with a child, travel to meet a child after using the computer to lure a child, transmit harmful materials to a minor, lewd and lascivious behavior and unlawful use of a two-way communication device.

I notice the article doesn’t say if the child was a boy or girl. I suspect it was a boy so the perv gets a pass because he was just born that way and is a member of a protected class - LGBTQ and sometimes XY and Z
