On this weekend’s broadcast of “Fox News Sunday,” Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL) said that last week in a meeting between President Donald Trump, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer (D-NY), a “basic understanding” on the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program was reached.
Durbin said, “We’re going forward with the understanding that we can work with the White House to come up with an agreement that includes DACA, that includes citizenship for those who are protected under the DREAM Act and also has a substantial commitment to increase border protection. Those are the two pillars of this understanding.”

1. Secure the border in a transparently verifiable way;
2. End the anchor-baby interpretation of the 14th Amendment;
3. Enforce e-verify without exception and with severe penalties;
4. End chain migration. Entry per individual qualifications; not family ties;
5. Deportation upon contact with any law enforcement agency- federal, state or local;
6. No government benefits beyond critical emergency care(and that ought to be billed back to the home government);
7. NO "Path to citizenship" EVER for anyone who has entered the us illegally.
Funny how these despicable American politicians protect the non citizen illegal alien vehemently yet they do nothing for the Americans that put the in office
Wow...the ‘RATS keep stretching the “agreement”. Next thing we know, the agreement will include extending natural born citizen status to all illegals.

Remember how Minion had an “understanding” he was going to be Sec State when he met with DT, or how Algore had an “understanding” that DT was going to stay in Paris Accords?
They all leave thinking they snookered DT, only to get a cold bath of reality later.

Hilarious. The Democrats and Uniparty will never be able to hammer out a mutually acceptable bill in 6 mos. All the Uniparty ever wanted was for Obama’s unconstitutional action to stand, so they wouldn’t actually have to DO anything. The Democrats will want chain migration for three generations, instant welfare, citizenship and much more. It will be incredible to watch.
Bradley Manning has the understanding he is a woman, but that doesn’t make it correct.
Your list is a good one, although I could go along with a “path” as long as it is a straight and narrow one. For example, it could require at least 2 years active military or 5 years National Guard service, meeting all requirements for citizenship, paying all taxes, and zero tolerance for any legal misconduct, civil or criminal. Walk that line, and you can swear the oath - AFTER receiving an honorable discharge or equivalent.
Yeah, they can go home, apply for citizenship and get in line.

This isn't a Democrat/Republican thing, this is an Elite vs. Common-American thing; you see, the elite wish to replace the voting population with those who have never known liberty, who not only tolerate corruption, but expect it.
The Dems are real good at understanding everything wrong. It ain’t over ‘til they’re really understanding that the tide is high, and they’re buried up to their necks in sand.
1. I think Durbin is lying for the sole purpose of forcing Trump to give in to his public but, phony claim.
2. So what? Fully fund a wall and there is your deal
No court will uphold the creation of 2 classes of citizens. The simplest solution is to reverse DACA and make them deportable again. We might not be able to find them, but the uncertainty and difficulty in finding employment will cause some of them to self-deport. Most importantly, they will be unable to vote.
