The rate of fire and waveforms match almost exactly. If you have ever used a bump fire you know they are finnicky at best and certainly not capable of firing a perfect 74 round burst as shown in this video.

That compares the sounds. What do you think?
Not proof.
No comparison to a bump fired AR-10.
Here is a M249 SAW (Squad Automatic Weapon) that fires at a rate that can be adjusted between 600 to 1200 rounds per minute.
The M249 fires a 5.56 vs the M240 that fires a 7.62 round.

These two sites contain footage of the “shooting”... with fake gunfire sound effects overlaid... as the person taking the video says:”I actually don’t see anyone who is injured...”
!!!
Ignore the commentary. Google immediately required a sign in for the first video; probably because the guy is such an intelligent Christian on that site.

You can see the bump stock in one of the photos. He likely went from weapon to weapon.
The sounds do match though in the video. I thought it was too sustained to be anything but an automatic.
Some stories said he owned 42 weapons. 16 were in the room. Then I’ve read 24. They haven’t told us much and all we know is from the leaked photos.
Have seen several people firing bumpfire weapons at the range. When fired unsupported it was difficult to keep the rounds on the range let alone hitting a target. Firing supported wasn’t much better.
No belt links anywhere. Not an M249 in firing position #1, #2 or #3. Especially #1, and really especially #2 or #3.
What if.... the windows were shot out from OUTSIDE the room to avoid hotel detection?
Is the M249 the FN “Minimi” ?
Never did see the purpose other than showing others you can waste money at an astounding rate and piss off the government at the same time.
Just stop.
We (former Infantry & Armor) have listened to another video taken from a higher floor of the Manadalay and are convinced it is .30 cal. and either an M60 or an M240 (RPD or RPKM). It is definitely not 5.56 and not a bump fire arrangement which as someone else has posted takes a lot of practice to make it function smoothly.
I think you have a very low threshold for “proof”.
Why is this important?
Now we know why he wanted to have some Valium so his grip would be somewhat wishy-washy to facilitate letting the gun do the work of bouncing back-and-forth
He had at least one AK variant.
Where be this other video all the experts are listening to at?
100 round Surefire mag and a bump stock.
errr.... to quote the greatest women God ever created....
“WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE NOW!!!”......./s
