They make use of that in a MeTV commercial. They jump through the Guardian and end up in a black-and-white version of City. Cut to Aunt Bee and Clara across the street saying, Oh, my! They also have Kirk beam down and turn into TJ Hooker with the voiceover, Unknown to any of us during this time, a duplicate of me, some strange alter ego, had been created by the transporter malfunction.
Also, they have Alf appearing on the viewscreen. Kirk says, We grow annoyed at your foolishness. And says, Hey, Scotty! Beam me up! Ha! Bones says, Are you insane?!
Then, Kirk is standing beside Mama and says, Two to beam up. She says, I aint beamin anywhere with you!
MeTV is funny.
Just wait until they see the 2018 boxoffice receipts plummet.

Joan Collins was screen-tested for the role of “Cleopatra” that went to Liz Taylor, and had a high-profile relationship with quintessential limo-leftie and pretty boy Warren Beatty.

She was pretty good in Star Trek, too. Her beauty almost changed world history. :)
The irony is how apt that comment is.....
