* I found several citations for Rev. Tyng in the index of George Strong’s diary. George is vaguely insulting in the ones I looked up. Not surprising, since Strong is strictly high church and The Reverend Tyng is of the Evangelical Episcopal persuasion. The next mention comes on March 27.
