A little common sense and common courtesy would have gone a long way here.
A clear example of an important life-lesson I learned from Pops:
When dancing with your spouse and other areas of life, ALWAYS, lead with your left
Can't tell who had the light, if any, or who had the right-of-way, but a pedestrian already in the cross-walk would likely have the right-of-way. Depends on the situation.
Looked like a late night scene in a club district somewhere in Europe (biker was wearing one of those long sleeve striped shirts that, with a beret, screams “French!”). He rode right through a group of people (presumably drunk) in a cross walk, prompting two male members of the group to kick at him. Moral: Even if they’re an a**hole you shouldn’t pick a fist fight with someone wearing a helmet.
I was expecting to see a real biker in leathers on a real motorcycle.

That was no biker. That was a douchebag on a rice burner. Idiots on all sides of this video. Well, at least the top half of the video anyway...

The a-hole has his leg up before the biker even gets in front of him. I don’t see where the biker almost hit him.
The a-hole thinks he’s a badass, tries to impress the female, and got what he deserved.
What was the guy waving his arm at the end trying to do? Start the clock?
The attackers looked like a drunk guy and maybe his buddy.
I think it was a case of alcohol induced stupidity acting on alcohol induced bravado, and it lost out to the sober guy.
To begin with, you have to be stupid to give yourself a fist fight with someone wearing a helmet.

Even one of my I.T. guys - a retiree in his 60s rode with a cane and would beat the ever living hell out of kids who tried to mug him. Almost weekly.
I experienced the same but carried a firearm instead. My employer wasn’t happy about it.
