I wish you’d choose “niggardly” at least once, to get the leftists riled up.

Years ago Woody Allen actually wrote some funny material. My favorite was the chess-by-mail fiasco known as The Gossage-Vardebedian Papers. Here’s a short excerpt:

Gossage:

‘The announcement of checkmate which you made in this morning’s mail is, I fear, in all fairness, a false alarm, and if you will reëxamine the positions in light of today’s discovery, you will find that it is your king that lies close to mate, exposed and undefended, an immobile target for my predatory bishops. Ironic, the vicissitudes of miniature war! Fate, in the guise of the dead-letter office, waxes omnipotent and voilà! the worm turns.’

.
I wonder if the movie “Chappaquiddick” has kept up with the vicissitudes of the Democrat Party over the last 49 years.

“The vicissitude of the seasons” & natural variability of the weather are ignored by the vicious AGW crowd, who try to impose their vile “science” upon the rest of us…

Vicissitude... hmm? It is like the line “Vic is sitting dude!!!!!” crunched together and spoken with slurred speech by someone with an Eastern European accent running for his life from a cafe table that has Victor and Putin sitting together sharing a morning coffee.

I love it!
The ability to describe in detail the absurdity of chess through correspondence is wonderfully ironic and veers from typical Allen, agonizing over the vicissitudes of normal life.

It is 70 here now, but a late cold front is due to arrive tonight-global warming strikes again...

Hillary’s numerous vicissitudes
Ran through all of her campaign
Shape-shifting her personality
At the sign of the smallest gain

Lately in strange-looking clothing
On vacation in India she shares
Her views on how sexist men are-
Before she falls down some stairs

But the one theme in her tirades
That stays predictably the same
Is she was denied her coronation
And she doesn’t own any blame...

Thank you!

I hope she never shuts up and stays out there and “helps” with every democrat’s campaign in the mid-terms...

Drove to Key West once with St Ronnie.

We enjoyed our short visitudes in that Buffet’s area of longitudes and latitudes and relaxed attitudes.
