There are and always were many different ways to make Mexico pay for the wall. Outsourcing poverty was the smartest thing Mexico ever did economically.

Imagine you are India or Ethiopia and you find a way to get your most destitute to bring you in a ton of $ each. Who wouldn’t try it?

Whether or not this is what leads to Mexico paying for the wall; the fact is Mexico can be “encouraged” to pay for it in many, many ways. I have never had any doubts that Mexico could be encouraged to pay for the wall. This has been such a joke to many but those that understand the issues know it has always been a real option.

I don’t know why it has been seen as a joke, every day people, businesses, and countries pay for things they do not want to. It is a matter of proper motivation.
