He does not deserve the money, should have been fired. Reminds me of the disgraced Lois Lerner who apparently gets the pension with Session’s blessing.

Not only that, she avoided prosecution for massive civil rights violations with his blessing. The general Federal statute of limitations for crimes is 5 years. Many of her crimes against the Tea Party were committed during 2012, meaning she could have been prosecuted for them in 2017 if he’d gotten off his skinny behind and done it.

In Everett, WA, a police officer shot an unarmed man while he was sitting in his car. Shot right through the back of the seat. This after killing a man in his yard as he was looking for someone after hearing noises.
That guy had to quit, but got a pension and NO CRIMINAL CHARGES.

I believe Session deliberately, for whatever reason, wanted to protect Lerner. What other explanation could there be?
