Let me see if I get this straight: To eliminate dog attacks and deaths you’re suggesting that we eliminate pit bulls, is that correct?
No...It wouldn’t eliminate dog attacks and deaths, but it would sure put a big dent in them.

So what you’re suggesting is an initiative which includes a set of policies that are intended to discourage the breeding & proliferation of one specific breed deemed illegal at the federal level since you clearly believe that this is a national problem.
Something akin to:
-Strengthen law enforcement – including federal, state, and local resources – to combat dog-related violence, disrupt criminal breeding organizations, and arrest and prosecute the leaders of illegal pitbull proliferation.
-Improve the ability of an as-yet unnamed agency to counter puppy trafficking.
-Help law enforcement to disrupt pitbull distribution organizations.
-Support and highlight research, including the development of scientific information and data, to inform law enforcement and assist with the prosecution and incarceration of offenders guilty of owning or selling a pitbull with appropriate civil penalties.
Is that correct?
