A white professor at the University of Texas at San Antonio has come under fire allegedly calling the police on a black student for putting her feet up on a chair.
Biology professor Anita Mos is now under investigation for potential discrimination after footage of her kicking Paige Burgess out of her Anatomy & Physiology class on Monday, went viral.
The video, filmed by a classmate, showed the moment three campus officers arrived at the classroom. Moss then directed them towards Burgess who stood up, and was escorted out.

Not only will the professor have to let her put her feet up on the chair, but she’ll have to wash them and give her a pedicure.

Sounds racist. Only one disrupting was the professor. Does she have tenure?
I’m sure professor Anita Mos holds political positions left of Che, so in this respect she should accept the disrespect shown by the student with a healthy dose of white guilt.
Note the blurb buried in the middle about how she confused her with another student who had been previously disruptive and emailed her to discuss it.
I suspect there’s lots more here than is being let on by a one sided tweet storm story.
Whites are now required to allow non-Whites to do whatever they danm well want to do, no matter what it is.

I am of the opinion that too many professors and students have a far too elevated opinion of themselves.

“’In a prior class, the student in question, Burgess, had her feet resting on the back of the seat in front of her during lecture. The professor stopped mid-lecture to ask the student to put her feet down, and that her behavior was disrespectful to her, and the student complied,’ Rawal wrote.
He said that on Monday’s class professor Moss arrived late and instead of starting lecture she handed out printed copies of the UTSA student Conduct and Community standards, once again talking about civil behavior.
‘The professor then confronted Burgess, and demanded that she leave class, as she was going to drop her from the class for the semester. Burgess then asked Professor Moss why, as she did not have her feet propped on the chair in front of you, nor was she disrupting the learning environment of the other students in the class,’ Rawal said.
Burgess said Professor Moss mistakenly emailed another student thinking it was Burgess, asking to meet and discuss her behavior prior to class. During class Moss asked her to leave, but Burgess refused, leading the professor to call in police.”

Maybe. It could very well be what it is on its face - but going from feet on chair to expulsion from class to calling the campus police seems to me like there’s more going on than what’s being click bait written. Especially as we’re only getting one side of the story.
Kid got her feet up. Tell her to put her feet down. If she doesn’t, have a conversation with her after class. Once again hand her the code of conduct and tell her if she does this again you will drop her from the class.
She disrupted a class that kids are paying a lot of money to attend. This was totally uncalled for. Are professors really that stupid? Nevermind, I know the answer.
Case of mistaken identity from my reading of the article. The girl put her feet down when asked previously, the escorting out of the class by police had nothing to do with that. The professor sent a request for a meeting to discuss to the wrong black girl, I will guarantee you, and she came in the class pissed about that, took it out on her. They all look alike to Professor Moss, as I said.
