Washington (AFP) -- Facebook said Thursday it would soon open up nominations for a new 40-member oversight panel to make tough decisions on content moderation, saying it would be independent of governments and management of the social networking giant.
A report on the process was released following more than six months of consultations in 88 countries on how to deal with the delicate topics of allowing and removing controversial comments and images.

You will need to make sure that, at a minimum, the panel has a large majority of Trump-Haters. Better yet you should make sure that every single panelist hates Trump and the intensity of that hatred should be an important metric in choosing panel members.
And the leader(s) of the panel must have well established Marxist Credentials. You really have to understandabd and accept Marxist principles if you intend to be an honest judge of fairness.
