I assume Schiff helped craft the "whistleblower" accusations so I'd say "yes" to the question in the headline.

Agreed. It’s strange the fascination the commie D cabal has with Russia, Ukraine, commie- china, and of course their BFF Islamic haters of America. If a D isn’t sold out to one of them he’s sold out and doing the bidding of another one ( or more) of them. Follow the $$$$ and anything the D’s can do to hurt America they’re doing it in spades ♠️

They knew the dirty deals that the Biden family made with China and Ukraine would become a liability to Biden in his presidential campaign. So, they arranged a preemptive strike, accusing Pres. Trump of dealing on his office...the very thing Biden had actually done while Obama’s V P.
They always play that dirty card with the nasty Democrat media only too happy to help them.

It’s not first hit on Biden from the left. A couple of months ago there was the short but intense media-led drive to label Biden “inappropriate with women.” (which of course he is and more) It failed to take him out but had some lasting affect on his poll numbers I’m sure.
