Not too long ago, this would be called “grooming behavior”.
At some point, probably not in my lifetime, conservatives will figure out that there is simply NOTHING they can do to control the public schools their kids go to (since the schools answer to government, not parents).
At that point, maybe some 43 years from now, conservatives will take the needed steps to REMOVE their kids from those hell-holes, even if it means having to step-down their ‘lifestyle’ a bit, and not being able to keep up with the Jones’.
But I figure that since I’ve been waiting over 40 years for that day...we’ll likely be another 40 years, as I certainly see no movement in that direction where I live...all I see are Trump supporters putting their kids on those big yellow buses every morning...to God only knows what awaits those poor children.

No, lazy parents need to stop looking for someone else to take care of the problems in their school districts.
If people have a 6 year old in public school, and they arent paying attention, or dont care about what that school is teaching them, then they are just as guilty.

Kids, hell, even the dumbest animals, have been figuring it out for themselves for hundreds of thousands of years. They don’t *NEED* an adult to explain it to them. Let’s face it: none of US did!
*ONLY* reason to bring adults in to offer “instruction” in such a thing is to float the idea that stranger adults touching children in intimate ways is somehow a “normal” and “healthy” thing.
IOW, there is an agenda at play, and you don’t need to be a genius to figure out what that agenda is.

She has the self-serving public school teachers’ unions in a snit by promoting— and releasing funding for— school choice vouchers at the Federal level.
The transgressions you note are happening in LOCAL school districts controlled by leftists.
It’s up to conservative voters to get active at the LOCAL & STATE level to stop those things.
When’s the last time you went to a local school board meeting?
Do you even know WHO is ON your local school board or in control of your local library— or what they stand for?
How about your state senators & district representatives?
Do you participate in local & state elections?
Campaign for conservative candidates?
Complaining that the Feds aren’t top-down, dictatorial enough to suit you is actually a tacit admission that YOU are the “do-nothing.”
Instead of griping that DeVos (& by logical extension, Trump) isn’t single-handedly fixing everything fast enough, get off the couch & get active, FRiend.
We have one chance at raising our kids in the way they should go; why give them into the hands of malicious, the depraved and the uncaring? Kids are too precious and individualistic to hand over to a soul crushing system.
I don’t believe parents actually understand what they are giving up.
