Who Will Replace Trump in 2025
Rush Limbaugh Show ^ | 5/12/19 | Eleutheria5

Posted on 12/05/2019 12:19:28 PM PST by Eleutheria5

I think Rush was asking the wrong question yesterday. The Dems are going to fail at this latest attempt, as sure as Wile E. Coyote will never catch Road Runner. In the course of their futile attempts, the swamp will get partially drained.

But, unfortunately for everyone, part of the swamp specializes in "wet work" and "dark ops," and at some point between now and 2025, they will assassinate him.

Now, the last POTUS to be assassinated, JFK, was a so-so POTUS, really. But since he was a Dem, the Dems will rise up in righteous anger against anyone who mentions his name in vain. For example, the Bush 43 administration, in its push for a tax cut, brought out footage of JFK's speeches pushing for his tax cut. The Dems' reaction was immediate and furious. They accused Bush of "attacking" him when he wasn't there to defend himself. So JFK never enacted a tax cut. He never went toe to toe with the Soviet Union. He never boinked Marilyn Monroe, and he never had a moment's ambivalence towards integration or against segregation. No. All he ever did was call out the National Guards to integrate a school in Birmingham, call off the Bay of Pigs invasion, and get shot (by the deep state, which suddenly existed long enough to shoot him, then disappeared).

You can say that the 1960s was a transformative era, and among the things it transformed was the Democratic party into the party that explains everything by saying "SHUT UP, YOU RACIST!" Trump's Presidency is the catalyst of a similarly transformative era, partly because he doesn't shut up even when they explain it by saying "SHUT UP!" really loud, and partly because he's kicking their asses, they hate him, but can't make a dent as he enacts his agenda and laughs at them. When he leaves, either after Pence or whoever is sworn in, or in a hearse, the country will never be the same. The Dems' monopoly on righteous indignation will be gone, because they will have blood on their hands, and because he will have transformed the country for the better even if they don't kill him. There will no longer be such an urgent need for a brash, rude, orange-haired, tweeting juggernaut. Which is a good thing, because there is only one and he can't be replaced. Civility will reassert itself like spring after a harsh winter, because the beast of leftard sanctimony will be slain by the sword of common sense, and FNC giving an alternative view.

There’s no one on deck. The best bet will be someone that doesn’t come from the GOP political ranks and gets anointed by President Trump as his successor.

For that to work, Trump has to go into the last half of 2024 with solid to strong support by voters.

This will be a tall order.

Pence has learned a lot but I don’t think he really wants it. I hope he’s Trump’s VP pick next time, though, because he’s been great.

I’m voting for my Florida Governor, Ron DeSantis!

I’m confused. Is this a vanity? If so, it ought to have been identified as such. Why did you link it to Rush’s site? Standard protocol, I think, is to link to a website that has the article you are posting. Otherwise, don’t link.

” So JFK never enacted a tax cut.”

Well he didn’t, so there’s that.

Kennedy proposed one but was killed before Congress could consider it.

Lyndon Johnson shepherded the tax cut through Congress as the “Revenue Act of 1964”.

Your interpretation of Limbaugh is news?
More like chat... if that.

Who the hell are YOU to explain things to us?

“I’m voting for my Florida Governor, Ron DeSantis”!

Me, too. We need a smart fighter and DeSantis would be a good one to carry on the fight.

“Nikki Haley.”

Sure, if Jeb Bush is your idea of a good candidate.

Before Nimrata Randhawa Haley was given the UN job she was a loudmouthed Never Trumper.
