Rush has stated exactly this on numerous occasions. In fact he spent Most of Mondays program and again for quite some time on Tuesday making this exact case.
But, it is also true that the dems knowing full well he will not be convicted of anything are impeaching him anyway to put that “impeached” president next to his name forever.
Before stating that Limbaugh doesn’t understand X,Y, or Z, it would behoove a person to do some basic research such as checking the transcripts he makes available.
