That’s what a judge is for.

If I am accused of armed robbery, I can call the owner of the Houston Astros to my defense, on the grounds that when the Astros lost it put me in a mood to armed robbery. Of course the judge can tell me no.

Seems to me that Hunter’s appointment, and Joe’s video confession tell us all we need to know. What will Hunter say that he hasn’t already told NBC.

I’d go after the whistleblower first, especially after today revelations of Ciamarello and the Sisko dude, both Obie holdovers and conspirators. This pair could lead to the WH via CIA and Brennan.

There won’t be any witnesses, everyone knows that it would create the biggest circus act in history - Look for a vote to acquit next Thursday.

I believe that Adam the Schitt should be the first witness, he created this whole thing. I expect it to be a movie soon.

Dems don’t want witnesses. They don’t have a case, and won’t have a case with more witnesses. They just want to claim the trial was a sham because they didn’t get [fill in the blank].

Yep - and also letting the know that if the dems get to call any witnesses, the Repubs do too - and there ain’t gonna be a quid pro quo swap deal...the dems don’t get to nix like they did with the House crap-shoot (the non-dice crap)
