Though it is interesting that Chunking is also showing large sulfur dioxide releases, in that it was the number one destination of people leaving Wuhan at the start of the Lunar Holiday.
I’ve been searching for information about confirmed case in Chunking but there simply isn’t much about Chunking in the news.

Except the rise in sulfur dioxide levels has increased substantially in recent days compared to historical levels, and it just happens to be in the vicinity of the outbreak’s epicenter, Wuhan.

So far the false positive rate is 100%.

Tin foil hat stuff, indeed. 50 million people staying home all day in the middle of winter using lots of extra electricity, so all the extra dirty Chinese coal fired electrical plants are burning more of the high sulphur coal they use over there.
