Christian faith in the military is once again under fire.
For years, our brave men and women in the military have been able to choose to select dog tags from a faith-based company that inscribes Bible verses on them.
These scripture verses – such as Joshua 1:9 (“Be strong and courageous. . . .”) and Psalm 27:3 (“Though my enemies attack me, I will not fear . . . .”) – have ministered to those in combat.
Now, an extreme, anti-Christian group has demanded the Bible verses be banned from dog tags alongside military insignias, even calling them “poison.” Even worse, the military caved, demanding the Christian company “remove ALL biblical references from all of your Army products.”
The Bible doesn’t violate the Constitution, but banning Bible verses does. We’re fighting back, preparing legal letters to urge the military to rescind this unlawful order.

Anybody can order their own dogtags and there’s not a damned thing any group can do about it.

The devil is certainly busy in these willing people. However whatever he means for evil the Lord can turn for good. Keep fighting!
It is a good cause, and ACLJ is doing a good work, but in my experience once you give your info to the ACLJ then you become subject to incessant pleas for $upport. For us, those who do so usually have disqualified themselves as being worthy of donations.
Army will cave
I’ve been out of the military 40 years this month, so all this “bible verse is under attack” stuff, did not exist, because anything other than name, ssn, blood type, religion, was not allowed.
Saying that, I ask ..( oh dear), With ALL the ‘religions’ in the USA, are those guys allowed their ‘verses’?
A democracy can only function when all parties thereof cooperate in limiting excesses.
The history of communist takeovers of nations is usually their Long Struggle, rather than a strongman/party taking over quickly in a single election cycle.
The Left under the aspusics of the DNC Big Tent since our American Civil War was a party of misfits who sought to defeat the Party of Lincoln, e.g., the Union Preserved. Since the four termer FDR the DNC has been a party excesses, ACLU = Communists, and misfits redefining Age Old Wisdom on the Human Condition making Society Confused and overrun with mentally ill.
Pray that one day the DNC Obama-HRC Socialist (Communism) Overthrow Attempt of the Union and the Constitution is exposed, and that in our lifetime God personally intervenes into the Evil and Vile Cabal that is the DNC.
