Some NYC doctor on Tucker just said he’s not worried about WuFlu because he’s taking Plaquenil (Hydroxychloroquine) as a prophylaxis. I thought they weren’t supposed to be doing that, and if they are it won’t work.

Then he said he’s worried about his daughter and wife, both in NYC healthcare. So if he’s not worried because of the meds he’s taking, why doesn’t he share with his family?

I heard this guy earlier today and he seemed full of crap.

“In the U.S., it’s likely that the case fatality rate from coronavirus will end up somewhere between 0.5% and 1%, once a broad cross-section of the population has been tested, Lawrence says.”

“And across the U.S., as testing has expanded to include younger and healthier segments of the population, the fatality rate has decreased to levels similar to those in South Korea.”

In the Friday March 27th briefing Indiana Gov. Eric Holcomb and State Health Commissioner Kristina Box once again declined to answer specific questions regarding the number of intensive care unit beds and ventilators available in Indiana, citing contracts between the state and individual hospital systems.

Holcomb said the state may be able to release more general, regional information, but did not provide a timeline for when that information could become public.

Box said, “I can tell you that I have talked to many, many of our hospital systems regionally and individually as a hospital system, they are very confident in their response to the situation.”
