Many brands and organizations have quickly responded to the COVID-19 pandemic with relevant creatives and new sales, deals and calls to action. We will continue to refresh and add creatives to this page throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
It is amazing how fast all of the advertisers created “touchy-feely” commercials about how we are all in the together, corona strong blah blah blah.
Sarah McLachlin must be in high demand.
Yep, all in this together, i.e. It takes a Village. Frankly, I'm handling this on my own.
Still no shows worth watching though,
only things we predictably watch are various NCIS sub-types
Yep, she's got it down for sure. Just $19/month and you can be a hero.
What no Homeland?
Nutrasystem doesn’t even talk about weight loss anymore, just that they can “deliver a months worth of food to your door.”
LOL, you noticed that too!
I have switched almost entirely to METV, H&I . I would rather watch ads for final cost insurance, catheters, and Hurry Canes than the mass weeping stuff on the networks. I know how hard and dangerous the job the healthcare folks have. I know the dangers warehouse folks and transport people and market stockers and cashiers are facing. I do not need to see it every 9 minutes and 47 seconds.
Been watching TCM for the old movies and no commercials. Also MeTV and H&I. We get the farm channel and they do have Polka shows which are fun.
It hasn’t stayed on our radar
I just watch whatever my wife wants to, anyway
It's... safer that way
Without their shows and stand-ups, and movies and athletic competitions, the shutdown has revealed how truly useless celebrities are to the national scene.
Old Charlie Chan and Thin Man movies.
Basically my viewing habits have not changed. TCM and Vision TV (the granny network up here, lol). And, of course, no news channels as watching their trash is still certainly not a healthy habit.
Here we watch little nation-wide broadcast other than FNC. Local channels have fewer restaurant ads, car commercials. Some stations have begun to air their history and how they came into being. Many SPAs being shown. And the phrase “we’re all in this together” has contributed to that last nerve being lost.
Television industry must be bled dry of funds considering the few ads seen. Herb Tarlek (WKRP) certainly would have a hard road to plow if selling TV air time.
The entire turn to the speed of change in what we now see is similar to the speed of change when BO was first elected: every ad had a black character (BO duplicate) and a mixed race family, each member of a questionable gender.
They're having a hard time accepting that as the other "pop-up" reaction to this, other than the piano commercials, has been celebrities doing videos non-stop from their homes.
Yep, it's amusing. But, we're all in this together :)
Someone uploaded the 1959 to 1961 “The Rebel” TV series on YouTube and I’ve watched a few of those. Very well done show for it’s time.
